I've been cycling, skiing, hiking and backpacking since I was a kid. Over the years I kept doing longer and longer rides on the bike. I've done 24 hour solo mountain bike races. I attempted the 3,000 mile Race Across America in 2006 but dropped out after 2,000 miles with an injury. You can read about my current adventures on my blog. I'm also working on a cycling and outdoor gear search on my website.

Which is better for cycling, the iPhone or the Edge 705? Seems the Edge 705 for now but the iPhone has the potential to be better if someone writes the right apps.
